In order to ensure the safety of food during the festival , Hangzhou Gongshu District Food Safety Supervision Association and District Market Supervision Bureau recently conducted random inspections of some restaurants in the area , opening a new chapter of "you order me to inspect" in 2022 .
The event focused on the popular hot pot restaurants in Ocean Lotte Port and West Lake Cultural Plaza.
The members of the association designated samples for sampling, and a total of 14 batches of samples such as hot pot base , eggs , meat , vegetables , and fruits were sampled and tested by a third-party testing company on site.
Sampling and storage, the district market supervision bureau supervises and guides the whole process .
The test results will be announced to the public in a timely manner .
