In recent years, with the rapid development of Renhuai liquor enterprises, problems such as unbalanced industrial development, insufficient brand building, large but not strong industries, and low, small, scattered and weak phenomena have gradually become prominent

In response to the problems existing in the development of the local liquor industry, the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government clearly stated that they should adhere to the principle of "grasping the big, supporting the middle, and promoting the small", strengthening the standardized management of small wineries and small workshops, and promoting powerful small and medium-sized liquor enterprises.

Renhuai Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have made it clear that in the next three years from 2021, more than 600 "small, scattered and weak" liquor enterprises will be comprehensively treated, and a series of renovations will comprehensively improve the pollution prevention and control level of the Renhuai liquor industry

Renhuai Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have also made it clear that they will upgrade a batch of liquor enterprises on-site, merge and reorganize a batch, clean up and rectify a batch, and take measures of “shutdown and transfer” for “small, scattered and weak”, and foreign non-profit All physical capital investment projects will be suspended, and no expansion of production capacity without approval will be allowed

According to Peng Yanbin, director of Renhuai Branch of Zunyi Ecological Environment Bureau, in response to the "low, small and weak" and ecological environment problems of Renhuai liquor industry, the "Three-Year Action Plan for Comprehensive Management of Liquor Industry" was formulated.

Vigorously implement the three-year action of comprehensive management of the liquor industry, continue to carry out the special action of "Environmental Protection Sword", and rectify the violation of laws and regulations of ecological environment pollution.

Since the launch of the governance action, the key areas of Renhuai Liquor Enterprises have been divided into 14 war zones, 6 special work classes have been established, 37 county-level leading cadres in the city have conducted in-depth commands, and 52 municipal units and 11 townships (streets) have jointly exerted efforts.
