Recently, the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region organized sampling inspection of 430 batches of samples of 10 major categories of food, including processed grain products, condiments, meat products, convenience foods, beverages, egg products, pastries, soy products, bee products and edible agricultural products
.
According to the national food safety standards and related product explicit standards for inspection and judgment, 8 batches of unqualified samples were detected in the inspected items (see annex), and the problems found included microbial contamination, heavy metal pollution, excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs, unqualified food additives and quality indicators, etc

The specific notice is as follows:

First, the problem of microbial contamination

The mold of the "hand-ground fragrant black sesame paste" sold by "Tianlin Xingjiang Trade Co.

" in Baise City and produced by Guilin Wanxin Food Co.

does not meet the national
food safety standards.

Second, the problem of heavy metal pollution

(1) The cadmium (calculated as Cd) of the "skin shrimp" sold by Chen Lilan in Donghai Market, Beihai City, does not meet the national
food safety standards.

(2) The lead (in Pb) of the "ginger" sold in the "Lingshan County Jialesou Supermarket" in Qinzhou City does not meet the national
food safety standards.

Third, the problem of excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs

(1) The "big green pepper" sold by "Luzhai County Yijiafu Supermarket" in Liuzhou City, Kebaiwei does not meet the national
food safety standards.

(2) The "grass carp" sold by the "Yangshuo County Bin Yan Aquatic Products Business Store" in Guilin City, malachite green does not meet the national
food safety standards.

(3) The "wooden duck (duck meat)" sold by the "Wangling Chicken and Duck Shop in Yunjiang Town, Xiangzhou County" in Laibin City, the furazolidone metabolites do not meet the national
food safety standards.

Fourth, the problem of unqualified food additives

The sum of the proportions of the respective dosages of preservatives to the maximum use of the preservatives sold in "Tailong Supermarket, Tongling Town, Wuxuan County" in Laibin City and produced by Guangxi Yulin Youdeli Food Co.

does not meet the national
food safety standards.

The problem of unqualified quality indicators

the product.

6.
Verify the disposition

In view of the problems found in the sampling inspection, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Market Supervision Administration has requested the local market supervision department to deal with the entities involved in accordance with the law, urge the investigation of the batch, quantity and flow of the unqualified products, recall the unqualified products, take measures such as removing them from the shelves to control risks, analyze the reasons for rectification, and investigate and deal with
