The local standard of "Technical Regulations for the Processing of Raw Materials of Prepackaged Liuzhou Snail Noodles Part 4: Sour Beans" further standardizes the production technology of the raw materials of Liuzhou snail noodle sour bean, and the raw and auxiliary materials (cowpea, processing water, salt, etc.
On December 20, 2021, Liuzhou City issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Construction of the Standard System for the Whole Industry Chain of Liuzhou Snail Noodles", which formulated 84 standards for the entire industry chain of Liuzhou snail noodles.
Also released this time are the "Technical Regulations for the Production of Raw Bamboo Shoots in Liuzhou Snail Noodles" and the "Technical Regulations for Liuzhou Snail Cultivation".
Liuzhou will continue to accelerate the establishment of a standard system for the entire industry chain of Liuzhou snail noodles with high-quality development, effectively ensure the quality and safety of Liuzhou snail noodles and the unique quality of "Liuzhou taste", improve the overall level of Liuzhou snail noodles industry, and promote the scale of Liuzhou snail noodles industry.
