Recently, the "Green Aquaculture Typical Technology Model Series" (hereinafter referred to as the "Series") compiled by the National Aquatic Technology Extension Station was published and distributed
by China Agriculture Press.

 

The "Series" consists of 11 volumes, covering 11 technical models such as pond flow tank circulating water aquaculture, saline-alkali water green aquaculture, aquaponics ecological breeding, containerized circulating aquaculture, large-surface ecological fishery, rice and fishery integrated breeding, multi-trophic level integrated aquaculture, deep-sea facility aquaculture, multi-sea facility aquaculture, multi-breeder marine ranching, land-based factory circulating aquaculture, aquaculture tail water treatment, etc.
, which have been successively published since August 2021 and have been fully completed

The compilation and publication of the "Series" is an important measure
to implement the new development concept, promote the green and high-quality development of the aquaculture industry, and promote the implementation of the "five major actions" of promoting green and healthy aquatic aquaculture technology.
The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China will take the implementation of the new development concept as the guiding principle of economic and social development, and clearly require the promotion of green development and the harmonious coexistence
of man and nature.
Promoting the green development of agriculture is the only way
to comprehensively promote rural revitalization, accelerate agricultural and rural modernization, and achieve the goals of high-quality and efficient agriculture, rural areas livable and workable, and farmers rich and prosperous.
In 2019, with the consent of the State Council, ten ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued Several Opinions on Accelerating the Green Development of the Aquaculture Industry to make arrangements for the green development of aquaculture

Since 2020, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has deployed and carried out "five major actions" for the promotion of aquatic green and healthy aquaculture technology, focusing on the key links and main problems restricting the green development of the aquaculture industry, organizing the implementation of key actions such as the promotion of ecological and healthy aquaculture technology models, aquaculture tail water treatment, aquaculture drug reduction, compound feed instead of juvenile trash fish, and quality improvement of aquatic seed industry, so as to promote the green and high-quality development of
the aquaculture industry.

 

In order to ensure the scientificity, authority, guidance and practicality of the Series, the National Aquatic Technology Promotion Station carefully organized fishery technology promotion institutions, scientific research institutes, institutions of higher learning, aquaculture production entities and relevant experts in various places to summarize and refine a number of aquaculture technology models with good maturity, remarkable effects and in line with the requirements of green development, and compiled and formed the Series
。 The content of the "Series" strives to conform to the situation and the needs of industrial development, covering intensive and efficient, ecological and environmental protection, combination of cultivation and breeding, development and utilization of water resources, facility aquaculture, tail water treatment and other advanced technology models of marine and freshwater aquaculture suitable for different regions and water conditions, which have strong pertinence and practicality

At the same time, the "Series" pays attention to the combination of theory and practice of breeding mode, technology and cases at the same time, embedding technology into the model, integrating technology with mode, adopting simple, easy-to-understand, illustrated and textualized expression methods, and integrating documents with pictures and videos to facilitate readers' reading and understanding
