A few days ago, Gansu Province Geographical Indications Product Protection Standardization Technical Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Landmarks Committee) held a standard review meeting, approved the "Geographical Indication Products Will Ning Hu linen oil" "Geographical indication products" "Geographic indication products" "Geographical indication products Qin'an apple" and "geographical indication products Qin'an pepper" 4 standards, the province's geographical indications product standards reached 41.
In order to better improve the level of management of geographical indications protection, standardize the revision of the standard system of geographical indications products, improve the province's standard system of geographical indications products, in September 2018, Gansu took the lead in setting up a landmark committee, responsible for the province-wide geographical indications product protection areas (food, Chinese herbal medicines, handicrafts, etc.) of the local standard system revision, return management, as well as Gansu Province in the field of geographical indications product protection standardization related work.
Since the establishment of the Gansu Landmarks Committee, it has completed the work of soliciting opinions on 4 standards, such as "Geographical Indication Products will Ning hump oil", "Geographical Indication Products" and "Geographical Indication Products" and "Geographical Indication Products" and other 4 standards, as well as the technical committee of 10 standards, such as "Geographical Indication Products Qin'an Apple" and "Geographical Indication Products Qin'an Pepper".

As of April 2020, Gansu has declared and registered 67 geographical indication protection products and 131 geographical indication trademarks (proved trademarks, collective trademarks), which have made positive contributions to promoting regional economic development in the province, enhancing the visibility of specialty products and promoting accurate poverty alleviation.
