　　The Fuzhou Municipal Market Supervision Administration has requested the local market supervision and management department to investigate and dispose of unqualified food producers and operators, investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations in accordance with the law, and urge food producers and operators to perform legal obligations to prevent and control food safety risks.

　　Coliforms

　　Coliform flora is one of the commonly used indicator bacteria for food contamination at home and abroad.
Excessive coliforms in food and tableware indicate a greater possibility of contamination by pathogenic bacteria.
The "National Food Safety Standard Soy Products" (GB 2712-2014) stipulates that 5 test results of a sample of soy products shall not exceed 1000 CFU/g and at least 3 test results shall not exceed 100 CFU/g.
The "National Food Safety Standard Cakes and Breads" (GB 7099-2015) stipulates that the 5 test results of a sample in the cake shall not exceed 100 CFU/g and at least 3 test results shall not exceed 10 CFU/g.
The "National Food Safety Standard Sterilized Meal (Drinking) Utensils" (GB14934-2016) stipulates that coliforms shall not be detected in sterilized meal (drinking) utensils/50 square centimeters.
