Bone metastases from endometrial cancer (EC) are rare and rarely described

The study included 584 patients, the average age and median age were 64 years old

Patients with endometrioid or non-endometrioid type had better OS and CSS than patients with sarcoma

Studies have found that surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy can all improve patients’ OS and CSS

Subgroup analysis

In multivariate analysis, high tumor grade, non-endometrioid and sarcoma subtypes, liver and brain metastases, no surgery and no chemotherapy are unfavorable predictors of OS and CSS

In summary, this study identifies the risk factors of patients with endometrial cancer and bone metastasis, and provides ideas for clinical optimization of treatment
