Russia's Kommersant reported on November 30 that from September to October, Russia exported 345,000 tons of sunflower oil, an increase of more than 1 times year-on-year, and the main export destinations were Turkey (136,000 tons), China (82,000 tons) and India (34,000 tons).

The three major sunflower oil producers "Yog Rusi", "Aston" and "Efko" account for 55% of Russia's
exports.

Sizov, head of the Russian agricultural analysis agency Sovikang, said that since October, the Russian government has implemented a zero-tariff export policy (tariffs of about 143 US dollars / ton in September), which has greatly promoted the export of sunflower oil, and the increase in Russian sunflower oil production, the decline in the market share of Ukrainian sunflower oil and the rise in prices in the international market are also conducive to promoting Russian exports
