During the use of an air-bath incubator, it may be necessary to use a vial of a different size from the previous experiment when using it to complete an experiment before proceeding to the next experiment
.
At this point, the quicker and easier way is to replace the vial clamp
.
However, after the shaker jig was replaced, the noise was often much louder than before the replacement, and the laboratory staff also believed that the equipment had a quality problem
.
In fact, this situation is often caused by the improper operation of the staff when changing the fixture of the shaker
.
"Normalization" maintenance should be done when using an air-bath incubator
.
If it is not used for a long time, it will damage the whole machine if it is not properly maintained
.
In order to prolong its service life, it should be maintained during use, and the following four points should be properly maintained when not in use
.
1.
Decontamination and dust removal: After unplugging the power plug, take out the culture
.
After the frost has completely melted, clean the inside of the refrigerator with a soft cotton cloth dipped in a neutral detergent and sterilize the incubator with a 2% ethylene oxide solution
.
After cleaning and disinfection, open the box door, dry it, and then close the box door for storage
.
Do not scrub with organic solvents such as hot water or benzene
.
When wiping the rear condenser, carefully remove dust with a soft dry cloth
.
2.
Maintenance of door seals: The door seal strips are magnetic
.
If left unopened for a long time, it can easily be compressed and stick to the box
.
So, after the device is out of service, smear some talcum powder on the rubber seal of the door and close the door
.
3.
Reasonable storage: It should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, and keep away from fire or heat sources
.
If you move the position, you should pay attention to the steady movement of the device
.
Due to the humidity in the room, do not cover the device with a plastic sheet to cover the dust
.
Because the plastic sheet is airtight, the moisture is not easy to dissipate when it enters, and it is easy to cause corrosion of the metal parts of the refrigerator
.
4.
Timed startup: During the shutdown period, power on once a month, let the compressor run for 2 to 4 hours, keep the refrigeration pipeline unblocked, and make the compressor operate flexibly
.
After the power is turned off, wipe the water vapor in the device with a soft cloth to prevent rust
