The establishment of national food safety demonstration cities and the establishment of agricultural product quality and safety counties (hereinafter referred to as "double safety and innovation") are important measures to strengthen food safety work

All localities should thoroughly study and understand General Secretary Xi Jinping's food safety strategy and rural revitalization strategy, strictly implement the requirements of "the party and the government share the same responsibility" and "the four most stringent" requirements, and regard food safety and agricultural product quality and safety as major political tasks and major popular projects.

All participating cities and counties should carefully compare the national food safety demonstration city creation standards and agricultural product quality and safety county creation standards, look for shortcomings, make precise efforts, and complete various creation tasks with high quality

All participating cities and counties should have the courage to explore and actively promote the innovation of food safety and agricultural product quality safety supervision systems, supervision methods and supervision methods

"Double security and entrepreneurship" must adhere to "co-construction, co-governance, and sharing", and fully mobilize the general public, social organizations, media, enterprises and other social forces to actively participate in the creation
