    As the first batch of food organizers, Zhan Guosong, a quality and safety inspector of Haidilao, said that the food planners remodeled the entire warehouse and established a complete set of visualization systems.


    It is understood that in the field of catering industry, the work of food organizers is mainly to realize the orderliness and order of food materials storage by re-planning the storage space, shorten the time for food materials supply and use, and improve the turnover of food materials in the warehouse.


    Zhang Chenggang, director of the China New Employment Form Research Center of Capital University of Economics and Business, said that the birth of new occupations such as food organizers and storage technicians mainly comes from three driving forces: First, changes in population structure, a considerable part of the current new occupations are related to health care and nursing.
