Working principle: The vacuum suction equipment uses a vacuum pump to generate a vacuum, and the negative pressure generated by the vacuum sucks the material from the feeding port, and then separates the air and the material in the filter chamber of the container, and the material automatically falls due to gravity.
The material is collected in the silo, our cyclone prevents the fine powder from entering the filter to improve the efficiency of the filter, when the silo is full of material, the vacuum pump is automatically turned off, the pressure in the conveying equipment is balanced, and the discharge valve is opened , the material flows out through the discharge port and falls directly into the storage container.
When the material is discharged, the filter element is automatically cleaned by the back-blowing air bag.
If the material is relatively viscous, we can install a special vibrator to assist in the blanking.
The silo closes automatically and the entire conveying process starts again
