Since the issuance of the "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Accelerating the Promotion of Cross-Provincial Communication" of Government Services (Guo Ban Fa [2020] No.
35), all regions and departments have vigorously promoted the "cross-provincial general office" of high-frequency government service matters closely related to the development of enterprises and the lives of the masses, and it has become more and more convenient
for enterprises and the masses to do things in different places 。 In order to implement the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening the construction of digital government and continuously optimizing government services, implement the requirements of the "Government Work Report", expand the scope of "inter-provincial general office" of government services, further improve service efficiency, and better meet the needs of enterprises and the masses in other places, with the consent of the State Council, the following opinions
are hereby proposed.

 

First, the general requirements
