Commission Directive of the European Union of October 3, 2006 amending the 96 / 77 / EC Directive on the specific purity standards for food sweeteners, The specific contents are as follows: - the special purity standards of e319, 4-hexylresorcinol (TBHQ) (HS 2907.22), e426 soybean hemicellulose, e462 ethyl cellulose (HS 3207), e586, 4-hexyl resorcinol (HS 2907), e1204 pullulan sugar (HS 1108) and e1452 sodium octenylsuccinate starch (HS 1108) are adopted; - in addition, the special purity standards of E216 hydroxy propionate and E are withdrawn 217 the purity standard of sodium nipagin propyl ester (HS 2916) is no longer allowed to be used as food additives; - the special purity standard of fatty acid (HS 2918) monoester and triglyceride orange ester e 472c is updated to partially or completely cover neutral products; - the requirement of deriving aluminum silicate from e559 kaolinite clay (HS 2507) to minimize the level of dioxin The intended date of entry into force of the directive is 20 days after its publication in the official journal of the European Union.
