According to the EU website, on August 7, the EU issued regulation (EU) 2015 / 1362, amending Annex III of the Implementation Regulation (EC) no1333 / 2008 of the European Parliament and the European Commission, approving silica (e551) as an anti caking agent for rosemary extract (e392), with the use limit of 30000mg / kg dry powder rosemary extract According to the European Commission, there is no safety risk for human body when silica is used in rosemary extract The laws and regulations shall come into force on the 20th day of promulgation and shall come into force on the effective date.
