This is my country's first three-province cross-regional cooperation industry alliance, aiming to implement the goal of achieving zero growth in the use of fertilizers and pesticides by 2020, and promote the development of the fertilizer and pesticide industries in the three northeastern provinces from high speed to high quality and high efficiency.
The Alliance Committee adopts a rotating term system for the chairman of the board.
Each term is two years.
Starting in 2019, it will rotate in the order of Jilin, Liaoning and Heilongjiang.
According to reports, there are currently more than 500 companies participating in the alliance, mainly involving pesticides and fertilizers.
By participating in the alliance, local enterprises have improved the status quo of small funds and poor purchases of individual enterprises, and have a certain right to speak.
After the establishment of the alliance, it will actively organize enterprises to learn, communicate, and inspect, learn from each other in product research and development, technology application, and development concepts, and jointly improve.
In terms of market sales, actively explore the international market, solve product sales problems, implement centralized procurement of raw materials, and reduce production costs.
At the same time, the alliance will also provide services for the development of the industry, regularly hold product exhibitions and training courses, and establish a database of industry experts in the three northeastern provinces to provide technical support for enterprises.
Liu Huanzhu, chairman of the alliance and chairman of the Jilin Province Fertilizer and Pesticide Industry Association, said that the establishment of the alliance is mainly to build a platform for the fertilizer and pesticide industries in the three northeast provinces, provide services, and guide enterprises to develop in a strict, self-disciplined, rational and orderly manner; at the same time, they will jointly develop the market.
