Since June 2004, a group of scammers have premeditated and purposefully used fake ID cards to rent offices and factories, and used fake ID cards to obtain business licenses.

After the contract was signed, Kang Yongxiang voluntarily paid one month’s rent, and Kang Yongxiang took the fake ID to Jiayuguan City Administration for Industry Got a business license.
