[China Epoxy Industry Online] News from October 9, 2005: At about 0:10 on October 1, a car accident occurred near Guangzhou Beihuan Expressway Armed Police Hospital: A container truck from Shenzhen crashed into A Henan-licensed epichlorohydrin tanker under roadside maintenance caused 1 death and 3 injuries on the spot, and caused the epichlorohydrin on the vehicle to leak.
According to eyewitnesses, a chemical tanker with a Henan license plate broke down when it drove to the opposite direction of the Armed Police Hospital of Beihuan Expressway at about 12 o'clock in the morning of the same day.

Because the car is relatively large, there are three rows of tires in the front, middle and rear.
4 people on and off the car were going to repair the car, and 3 of them went under the car for repair.
