Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture took the lead in convening the 2017 National Agricultural Industrialization Joint Conference, which reviewed the 2016 report on agricultural industrialization work and studied the work arrangements for the next stage.
The meeting held that since last year, the eight departments of the joint meeting have conscientiously implemented the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, fully cooperated and cooperated closely to lay a solid foundation for the development of leading enterprises, strengthen supporting policies and measures, promote agricultural industrialization, promote rural industrial integration, and innovate agricultural industrialization alliances.
The development model of farming with agriculture has successfully completed various tasks determined at the beginning of the year, and promoted the industrialization of agriculture to usher in the “good start” of the “13th Five-Year Plan”.
The meeting proposed that the eight departments of the joint meeting in 2017 should continue to implement a series of important arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, guided by the new development concept, with the goal of optimizing supply, improving quality and efficiency, and increasing farmers’ income, so as to promote the agricultural supply side.
The main line of structural reform is to implement the "Opinions on Accelerating the Establishment of a Policy System and Cultivating New Types of Agricultural Business Entities" (Zhongbanfa [2017] No.
38) as an opportunity to support leading enterprises in transforming their development methods, giving play to leadership and demonstration Role, promote the innovation, upgrading and healthy development of agricultural industrialization.
The meeting emphasized that the eight departments of the joint meeting should combine the division of labor arrangements in the new agricultural business entity policy system documents, jointly promote the implementation of various policy measures proposed in the document, and strengthen support and guidance for leading enterprises in new formats and new models such as e-commerce; The actual work of the department, in-depth summary of the typical models and experiences of leading enterprises in driving the adjustment of agricultural structure and promoting industrial poverty alleviation, strengthen publicity and promotion and typical guidance; strengthen the tracking of agricultural industrialization consortiums and land management rights to participate in the development of agricultural industrialization operation pilots , Guidance and services to promote the innovative development of agricultural industrialization.
