To ensure customer satisfaction, we must guarantee satisfaction in the following five aspects: ① quality satisfaction Responsible for quality control department and production department; ② price satisfaction Cost + profit = price Responsible for purchasing, production and other departments; ③ time satisfaction Timely delivery does not make customers wait too long Responsible for purchasing, production, storage and transportation department; ④ satisfied attitude The attitude is amiable Responsible for sales, finance, storage and transportation department; ⑤ service satisfaction Including three services before, during and after delivery Only when the above five satisfactions are achieved at the same time can the customer be satisfied 2.2 quality satisfaction is the most important of the above five The instability of product quality is the main problem that puzzles most feed enterprises in China Four aspects should be done to ensure the quality satisfaction: ① functional reliability;
