    Sun Shuxia, Honorary Chairman of the Food Nutrition and Safety Working Committee of the China Senior Citizens Association and the Honorary Chairman of the Food Nutrition and Safety Professional Committee of the China Health Care Association, analyzed the edible oil from the perspective of nutritional components, and discussed the importance of the good components in the oil to the human body


    Lv Li, an expert from the Expert Committee of the China Health Care Association, a member of the China Popular Science Writers Association, and an expert from the Chinese Medical Association Medical Science Expert Committee, shared the application of edible oil in clinical and medical nutrition from a medical point of view


    Zhou Qingzhong, an expert in the field of linolenic acid in China and the Department of Biology and Chemistry of Peking University, started with α-linolenic acid, an essential fatty acid component in oil, and clarified the importance of unsaturated fatty acid Omega-3 to health


    Ding Gangqiang, director of the Institute of Nutrition and Health of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and vice chairman of the Chinese Nutrition Society, explained how to use oil reasonably from the perspective of nutrition, and provided reference action guidance for the healthy lifestyle of "three reductions and three health"


    Yan Weixing, former deputy director, deputy secretary and researcher of the National Food Safety Risk Assessment Center, talked about the relationship between edible oil quality and production from the perspective of food safety, and put forward requirements for edible oil production and quality control


    Zhou Liqun, chairman of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Work Committee of the China Health Care Association, Shen Yue, a senior oil expert, and Xu Feng from the Health Products Supervision and Monitoring Branch delivered speeches respectively
