According to Article 34, Paragraph 2 of the "Pesticide Management Regulations", "Pesticide users shall not use banned pesticides", the Jimo District Agriculture and Rural Bureau accused Jiang Moumou suspected of constituting the crime of "producing and selling toxic and harmful food.
