Analysis of cracking problem of wear-resistant floor
During the use of the wear-resistant floor, affected by various factors, surface cracking may occur, which affects the integrity and strength of the floor
1.
To study the cracking problem of wear-resistant floors , we must first clarify the construction process, and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the possible causes of cracking from the perspective of the process
①When the concrete enters the initial setting stage, spread the aggregate evenly on the surface of the concrete.
② Spread about 70% of the total aggregate for the first time, and use a polishing disc to compact and rub the aggregate;
③ Spread about 30% of the total aggregate amount for the second time, and use a smoothing disc to compact and rub the hair;
④ After the initial setting of the concrete is completed, use a calender to treat the surface to ensure that it is smooth and flat;
⑤ Carry out a detailed inspection of the flatness of the wear-resistant surface, timely replenish the low-lying areas, and appropriately reduce the protruding areas to ensure the flatness of the floor;
⑥Spread the ground curing agent evenly on the surface
2.
The reasons for the cracking of the wear-resistant floor mainly include several aspects:
① The strength of the concrete structure itself is insufficient, and the slump will be too large under pressure, which will drive the wear-resistant surface to crack;
② When dividing the floor, the spacing is too large, or the division is not done at all;
③The configuration ratio of concrete affects the quality and strength of concrete;
④ In the process of vibrating concrete, lack of management, resulting in uncompact vibrating;
⑤The wear-resistant surface layer is not sufficiently rubbed and polished according to the design requirements or corresponding standards;
⑥ Failure to perform maintenance in time
3.
In view of the above reasons for the cracking of the wear-resistant floor, corresponding targeted measures can be taken to effectively prevent the cracking problem
①For general commercial concrete, it is necessary to control the slump within 110-130mm, and strictly control the water-cement ratio according to the corresponding standards and concrete configuration requirements;
②When dividing the floor, it is necessary to adjust the grid area according to actual needs, but it should be noted that the maximum area of the grid cannot exceed 40m2;
③In the process of configuring concrete, it is not only necessary to control the mix ratio, but also to select well-graded sand and gravel to ensure the quality of the material;
④In the process of concrete pouring, when conditions permit, choose a heavier steel roller and an inserted vibrator to vibrate the concrete repeatedly to ensure the compactness of the vibrator;
⑤After the initial setting, use a polisher to rub, polish and level the ground thoroughly to ensure the construction quality of the wear-resistant surface
⑥ After the construction of the wear-resistant floor is finished, let it stand for 12 hours, and then apply the corresponding curing agent for curing immediately
4.
In view of the cracking problem that has occurred, the following measures can be taken to control:
(1) Relieve stress
If after analyzing the causes of cracking, it is due to uneven settlement that the stress cannot be released in time, and the application in the concrete needs to be completely released before cracking can be treated to avoid repeated cracking
(2) Clean up the grassroots
Use the corresponding tools and means to clean the base layer of the cracked part, and remove the dust and debris from the cracked part without damaging the bottom plate, so as to provide convenience for subsequent construction
.
(3) Grouting dense
Grouting is the final link to deal with cracking problems, and it is also the most critical link
.
First of all, the grouting position must be determined, combined with the actual situation of the cracks, the appropriate grouting point must be selected, the grouting hole must be punched out with an impact hammer, and the dust must be cleaned up
.
Secondly, use an air pump to press the water into the cracked part of the concrete and moisten it to improve its bond with the grout; then, mix the water with the corresponding glue and inject it into the crack; finally, use a hand mixer, Configure the cement, use an air pump to evenly press the cement slurry filtered by the filter into the pre-buried PVC pipe until the cracks overflow with the cement slurry
.
After the grouting is completed, make sure that no heavy objects are piled on the floor within 24 hours, and no one can get on the floor
.
After that, use the corresponding calender to treat the crack surface to keep the entire floor flat and beautiful
.
