Based on a single-sample gene set enrichment analysis, the authors calculated the similarity of transcripts between lung tumors and healthy lung tissue with DITAS, from which 10 lung tissue-specific genes were highly expressed in lung tumors, and then performed immune peptide analysis to determine which HLA these peptides bind to, predicted the T cell epitopes of CD8+ these peptides, and performed functional verification to identify candidate antigens
