In accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the Dazhou Municipal Market Supervision Administration on Printing and Distributing the 2022 Food Safety Sampling and Monitoring Plan of the Municipal Market Supervision System and the Municipal Supervision and Sampling Inspection of Drug Quality (Chuan Municipal Supervision and Fa [2022] No.
15), the Dazhou Municipal Market Supervision Administration organized and carried out the 2022 food safety supervision and sampling inspection, sampling catering food, tea and related products, fried food and nut products, condiments, convenience foods, pastries, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, edible oil, grease and its products, A total of 101 batches of food in 11 categories, such as beverages, were qualified, of which 98 batches were qualified and 3 batches were unqualified
.

For the unqualified samples found in the sampling inspection, our bureau has instructed the local market supervision and administration bureau to organize and carry out verification and disposal in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, urge food production and trading enterprises to find out the flow of products, and take measures such as removing and recalling unqualified products to control risks; Violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with
law.
