The market is basically in a state of low market prices.
Manufacturers’ quotations are kept at a unified end, and some settlements have suspended quotations.
Individual quotations continue to decrease and downstream buyers are indifferent.
Market participants are cautiously bearish and rarely hear actual transactions.

The upstream propylene was boosted by the rise in crude oil and rebounded sharply.
The Shandong area offer rose to 9,300 yuan/ton, and the actual negotiation was 9,200-9,250 yuan/ton; the liquid chlorine market was sideways and the short-term market was stable, and the mainstream negotiation price in Shandong was 1,500- 1700 yuan/ton.
The downstream epoxy resin trading atmosphere is light, domestic manufacturers have made up for the decline, and the price center is at the low end or slightly lower.
At present, the weakness of domestic epichlorohydrin is difficult to change.
The prices of major manufacturers are unclear and the market is bearish.
When the market has not bottomed out, buyers have a strong wait-and-see atmosphere.
The weak consolidation is expected to continue.
