On the last trading day (June 25), the mainstream transaction price in East China, the mainstream market, maintained a range of 12,700 to 13,000 yuan/ton, but was completely dominated by the low end.

Manufacturers’ quotations were concentrated at RMB 12,500-13,000 per ton.
Most of the cargo is in the low-medium level; recent manufacturers’ equipment failures have occurred frequently, such as Zhonghai Jinghua’s unsuccessful maintenance and continued shutdowns, Tianjin Chemical’s 28,000-ton/year equipment failed to shut down, Xinyue Chemical’s operating load dropped to 50% or 60%, and planned monthly maintenance 1 to 2 days.
However, due to the weak downstream and shrinking demand, the benefits are difficult to release and cannot be formed.
Some terminal factories and contract users have slightly lower prices.
The downstream consumes inventory and small orders are picked up on demand.
The raw material propylene spot fluctuated within a narrow range, and the mentality was weak.
International oil prices continued to fall, and the main downstream polypropylene weakened.
The negotiated price in Shandong was about 9,000 yuan/ton; the liquid chlorine market fluctuated within a narrow range and the trading atmosphere was average, and the negotiated price in Shandong was 1200.

With epichlorohydrin shocks and consolidation, the market has gradually returned to the cost line, and the profits of manufacturers have shrunk significantly.
Near the end of the month, the main manufacturers have stabilized their operations, and the downstream application industries are relatively weak.
In the short-term, the inventory and price guidelines of the party may slide to the range of 12,500 to 12,800 yuan/ton, mainly in a narrow range.
