Daily maintenance of centrifuge

1 Before running the centrifuge, cut off the power supply and release the brake of the centrifuge first, and turn the drum manually to see if there is any brake biting; 2 Check other parts for looseness and abnormal conditions; 3 Turn on the power supply and start the centrifuge in a clockwise direction (it usually takes about 40-60 seconds from static state to normal operation); 4 Generally, each equipment shall be operated for about 3 hours without any abnormality after arriving at the plant; 5 Materials shall be placed evenly as far as possible; 6 Special personnel shall be assigned for operation, and the capacity shall not exceed the fixed amount 7 It is strictly forbidden to overspeed the machine to avoid affecting the service life of the machine; 8 After the machine is started, if there is any abnormal situation, it must be stopped for inspection, and if necessary, it must be disassembled and repaired; 9 The centrifuge operates at a high speed, so it must not be touched by the body and its drum to prevent accidents; 10 The mesh number of filter cloth shall be determined according to the solid particle size of the separated material, otherwise, the separation effect will be affected 11 In addition, when installing the filter cloth, insert the filter cloth; the sealing ring into the sealing groove of the drum to prevent the material from running in; 12 To ensure the normal operation of the centrifuge, please refuel and maintain the rotating parts every six months 13 At the same time, check the operation and lubrication of the bearing to see if it is worn; 14 Check whether the components in the brake device are worn, and replace them if they are serious; check whether the bearing cover has oil leakage; 15 Clean the machine after use and keep it clean; 16 Do not separate the non anticorrosive centrifuge from the highly corrosive materials; 17 In addition, operate in strict accordance with equipment requirements and regulations Non explosion-proof centrifuge shall not be used in inflammable and explosive occasions.
