The working principle of the lyophilizer is to freeze the dried items to below the three-phase point temperature first, and then under vacuum conditions, the solid water (ice) in the articles is directly sublimated into water vapor, which is excluded from the article and the article is dried

After the material is pre-treated, it is sent to the quick-freezing warehouse to freeze, and then sent to the drying warehouse for sublimation and dehydration, and then packaged
in the post-processing workshop.
The vacuum system establishes low air pressure conditions for the sublimation drying chamber, the heating system provides the sublimation latent heat to the material, and the refrigeration system provides the required amount of
cold to the cold trap and drying chamber.

residual moisture.

The lyophilization process includes three phases
: prefreeze, sublimation and relyophilization.

Pay attention to the slow
ventilation of the lyophilizer.
After the micro-ventilator rotates 1/2-3/4 turns, you can feel a little bit
of your finger.
It is strictly forbidden to open the micro ventilation valve instantaneously and damage the vacuum sensor

Do not frequently switch the main power supply and the refrigerator, and wait for 3 minutes
to start again after the refrigerator is cut off.

When shutting down, it should be inflated first, and then the vacuum pump should be turned off to prevent the vacuum pump from returning oil to pollute the sample

The plexiglass cover and the host machine are sealed with silicone sealing
