The organic cinnamon processing plant in Lianfu Township, Wenpan County has a construction area of 29,000 square meters and a total investment of more than 45 billion VND (during 2021-2025).
The factory is equipped with modern technology production lines, with an annual output of 2000-3000 tons of fresh cinnamon bark.

After the completion of the factory, it will create employment opportunities for more than 250 employees in Wenpan County (most of them are local employees), increase income value for farmers, and promote the export of organic cinnamon to enter the European and American markets.
Since 2019, under the framework of the project “Promoting Gender Equality by Improving the Cinnamon Value Chain in Wenpan County, Lao Cai Province”, Vinasamex has supported 837 farmers here to establish raw material districts.
