    A few days ago, Synchron announced the completion of the first patient enrollment in a clinical trial evaluating an endovascular brain-computer interface (BCI) syst.


    Brain-computer interface technology refers to the realization of information exchange between external devices and the brain by interpreting neural electrical activity signa.


    Synchron's technology is called Stentrode, a matrix of electrodes implanted in blood vesse.
