climate change.

More than 1 million people depend on small-scale fisheries and aquaculture for their livelihoods, and nearly 90 percent of the country's marine fishing comes from small-scale or artisanal fishers, who in turn account for 90 percent of the global capture fisheries value chain and involve 492 million people
