Plaintiff West Lake Longjing Association believes that Beijing Deli TV company in the online marketing platform to open a shop called "Panther flagship store" to sell fake "West Lake Longjing" trademark tea smoke, infringes the plaintiff's right to exclusive use of registered trademarks;
