According to the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementation regulations and the arrangement of the food safety supervision and sampling plan of Shandong Province, in order to further protect food safety, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has made new regulations on health food, biscuits, catering food, tea and related products, fried food and nut products, egg products, condiments, soy products, convenience foods, bee products, pastries, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, food additives, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, aquatic products, A total of 1637 batches of samples of fruit products, quick-frozen foods and beverages were supervised and sampled, including health food, catering food, condiments, soy products, convenience food, pastries, edible agricultural products, aquatic products, quick-frozen food, and beverages, and 26 batches of samples of 10 major categories of food were unqualified, and problems such as excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs, heavy metal pollution, excessive use of food additives, non-compliance of quality indicators, microbial contamination, inconsistency between quality indicators and label values, and biotoxins were detected

First, the problem of excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs

(1) The peppers and clothianidin sold by the Pingdu High-tech Vegetable Wholesale Department do not meet the national
food safety standards.

(2) The carp sold at the Haizhiyuan aquatic products store in Kuiju Street, Changyi City, among which malachite green does not meet the national
food safety standards.

Third, the problem of food additives exceeding the limit and exceeding the range
