According to the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementation regulations and the arrangement of the food safety supervision and sampling plan of Shandong Province, in order to further protect food safety, the Market Supervision Bureau of Shandong Province has made significant changes to health food, catering food, fried food and nut products, starch and starch products, condiments, soy products, convenience foods, pastries, alcohol, frozen drinks, grain processing products, meat products, food additives, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, fruit products, A total of 832 batches of samples of 19 categories of quick-frozen food and beverages were supervised and sampled, including 10 batches of samples of 7 categories of food such as health food, fried food and nut products, meat products, edible agricultural products, edible oil, grease and its products, quick-frozen food and beverage, and the problems
of agricultural and veterinary drug residues exceeding the standard, microbial contamination and quality indicators not meeting the standard were detected.
