In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementation regulations and the arrangement of the food safety supervision and sampling plan of Shandong Province, in order to further protect food safety, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has provided health food, catering food, fried food and nut products, starch and starch products, condiments, soy products, pastries, canned food, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, sugar, edible agricultural products, edible oil, grease and its products, vegetable products, potatoes and puffed foods, aquatic products, fruit products, A total of 1710 batches of samples of quick-frozen food and beverages were supervised and sampled, including health food, catering food, fried food and nut products, starch and starch products, condiments, soy products, pastries, meat products, edible agricultural products, aquatic products and other 10 major categories of food 28 batches of samples were unqualified, and problems such as
excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs, excessive use of food additives, non-compliance of quality indicators, heavy metal pollution, microbial contamination, and biotoxins were detected.
The relevant situation is announced as follows (see Annex 2 for specific information on supervision and sampling of unqualified food).

First, the problem of excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs

(1) The hot girls (peppers), bifenthrin and clothianidin sold in Gao Road, Guanzhuang Vegetable Wholesale Market, Zhoucun District, Zibo City, do not meet the national
food safety standards.

(2) The carp sold by Xuhua Freshwater Fish Shop in Rizhao Street, Donggang District, Rizhao City, among which diazepam does not meet the national
food safety standards.

(3) The ginger and clothianidin sold by the vegetable distribution department of Xu Erzi in Linyi Economic and Technological Development Zone do not meet the national food safety standards

(4) The loofah, thiamethoxam sold by the Shuqiang vegetable store in the Mulberry Garden Vegetable Market of Linqing Development Zone does not meet the national
food safety standards.

(5) The pork sold by F5-3 Cao Xiuhe in Yintian Agricultural Trade City, Peony District, Heze City, Shandong Province, furazolidone metabolites do not meet the national
food safety standards.

(6) The bell peppers and imidacloprid sold by Qingdao Zhongxincheng Food Co.

food safety standards.

(12) Mango and pyraclostrobin sold by Fat Fruit Shop in Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone do not meet the national
food safety standards.

Second, the problem of the use of food additives beyond the range and limit

(1) The residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, calculated in Al) of the fried fried fritters processed by Laolu fast food restaurant in Taishan District, Tai'an City, does not meet the national
food safety standards.

(2) The cooked pork head meat, nitrite (based on sodium nitrite), carmine and chloramphenicol sold in Shoulin Supermarket in Huacun Town, Surabaya County do not meet the national
food safety standards.

food safety standards.

Third, the problem of quality indicators not meeting standards

(1) The bean curd sold in Yinjia Department Store Supermarket in Jiaoyu Town, Daiyue District, Tai'an City (production date/batch number: 2021/11/8, specification model: measurement and weighing), protein does not meet the requirements
of product implementation standards.

(2) The old aged vinegar (production date/batch number: 2021/3/16, specification model: 800ml/bottle) sold by Wang Luo seasoning store in Lanshan District, Linyi City, does not meet the national

(1) The sea crab sold by Xiaochen 178 Aquatic Products Commercial Company in Laoshan District, in which cadmium (calculated as Cd) does not meet the national
food safety standards.
