According to the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementation regulations and the arrangement of the food safety supervision and sampling plan of Shandong Province, in order to further ensure food safety, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has provided medical measures on health food, biscuits, catering food, tea and related products, fried food and nut products, egg products, condiments, soy products, convenience foods, pastries, canned food, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, food additives, sugar, edible agricultural products, edible oil, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, A total of 23 batches of samples of aquatic products, fruit products and beverages were supervised and sampled in 2003, of which 25 batches of samples of 9 major categories of food such as biscuits, catering foods, pastries, alcohol, meat products, edible agricultural products, vegetable products, aquatic products and beverages were unqualified, and the residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs exceeded the standard, the food additives exceeded the limit, the quality indicators did not meet the standards, microbial contamination, the quality indicators did not match the label values, and the heavy metal pollution was detected

The relevant situation is announced as follows (see Annex 2 for specific information on supervision and sampling of unqualified food).

First, the problem of excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs

(1) The white clams and furacillin metabolites sold by Zhangshi Jinhui aquatic products store in Huangdao District did not meet the national
food safety standards.

(2) The bananas, clothianidin and thiamethoxam sold in Yubing Fruit Supermarket in Ningyang County do not meet the national
food safety standards.

(3) The chili pepper and clothianidin sold by Liu Yuanfeng in the tobacco market in Laishan District do not meet the national
food safety standards.

(4) The bananas sold in the convenience supermarket of Aike Damai Department Store in the central district of Zaozhuang City, imidacloprid do not meet the national
food safety standards.

(5) The chili peppers and acetamiprid sold by Xiaozhang Vegetable Store in Lanshan District, Rizhao City do not meet the national
food safety standards.

(6) The raw chicken sold in Xiazhuang Tiantianshun Fresh Supermarket in Ju County, chloramphenicol does not meet the national
food safety standards.

(7) The raw pork sold by Guo Jian's raw meat stall (Huangheya Village) in Huangheya Town, Decheng District, chlorpromazine does not meet the national
food safety standards.

(8) The parsley sold by the Shuxia Fruit and Vegetable Sales Center in Wenshang County does not meet the national
food safety standards.

(9) The apples sold in the supermarket of Madillon Department Store in Peony District, Heze, in which dichlorvos does not meet the national
food safety standards.

of the preliminary inspection was maintained.

(10) The celery and clothianidin sold by the Jisheng vegetable store in Laoshan District do not meet the national
food safety standards.

Second, the problem of the use of food additives beyond the range and limit

(1) The pork face meat sold by Zhongwang Flavor Delicatessen in Yanzhou District, Jining City, carmine does not meet the national
food safety standards.

(2) The red oil gang pepper (pickled vegetables) and sodium saccharin (based on saccharin) sold by the Jiefang Road Store Branch of Linyi Oriental Shopping Plaza Group Co.

Third, the problem of quality indicators not meeting standards

Fourth, the problem of microbial contamination
