Recently, the Heilongjiang Provincial Administration for Market Supervision organized food safety supervision and random inspection, and 3339 batches of samples of 8 major categories of food, including edible oil, grease and its products, condiments, meat products, dairy products, tea and related products, alcohol, catering food and edible agricultural products, were detected, and 8 batches of samples of 5 major categories of food, including edible oil, grease and its products, meat products, alcohol, catering food and edible agricultural products, were found to be unqualified
.
The main problems found are heavy metal pollution, inconsistency between quality indicators and label values, excessive use of food additives, and excessive pollutants
.

For the unqualified food found in the sampling inspection, the Heilongjiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration has instructed the market supervision department in the jurisdiction to immediately organize and carry out verification and disposal work, promptly find out the flow of products, take risk control measures such as removal from shelves and recalls, investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations according to law, and disclose the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal to the public

The specific situation of supervision and sampling of unqualified food is hereby notified as follows:

First, the problem of heavy metal pollution

Third, the problem of excessive use of food additives
