Recently, the Heilongjiang Provincial Administration for Market Supervision organized food safety supervision and random inspection, and sampled 3994 batches of samples of 11 major categories of food, including grain processing products, condiments, meat products, beverages, quick-frozen foods, alcohol, vegetable products, soy products, bee products, catering foods and edible agricultural products, and found that 9 batches of samples of 5 major categories of food, including condiments, meat products, bee products, catering foods and edible agricultural products, were unqualified

The main problems found are microbial contamination, heavy metal contamination, pesticide residues, and excessive use of food additives
.

For the unqualified food found in the sampling inspection, the Heilongjiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration has instructed the market supervision department in the jurisdiction to immediately organize and carry out verification and disposal work, promptly find out the flow of products, take risk control measures such as removal from shelves and recalls, investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations according to law, and disclose the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal to the public
