All relevant units: In order to implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, and improve the standards for the discharge of local water pollutants, the Bureau has organized and prepared the Standards for the Discharge of Water Pollutants in the Vegetable Industry (Draft for Comments), and revised the Standards for the Discharge of Water Pollutants from The Central Treatment Facilities for Rural Sewage (DB50/848-2018) to form the Standards for the Discharge of Water Pollutants from The Central Treatment Facilities for Rural Sewage (Revised Draft for Comments).
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Local Standards in Chongqing, please seek comments on the above standard drafts and preparation notes, please return written comments and electronic versions to our Bureau by April 30, 2020, and consider them to be no comments by the end of the period.
