Third, the declaration requires designated medical institutions to declare through the electronic trading platform of Chongqing Pharmaceutical Exchange, which must be filled in according to the content of the "Chargeable Medical Consumables Information Maintenance Registration Form" (see annex), and upload the medical device registration certificate and product manual, and confirm the 27-digit national medical insurance code of medical consumables, the basis of separate charges and other information

to the Chongqing Pharmaceutical Exchange.

Chongqing Pharmaceutical Exchange is responsible for receiving the declaration materials, the materials are ready to report to the Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau for review and publicity, the publicity time is 3 working days, and the municipal medical insurance agency will update and maintain the medical insurance system database
after the publicity is no different.
