Recently, an article published by the Department of Medicine of Xi'an Jiaotong University in "BMJ Nutrition, Prevention & Health" ("British Medical Journal Nutrition, Prevention and Health") expounds the relationship between carbohydrate consumption and blood pressure in Chinese adults of different genders.
The study selected 2241 rural residents (774 males and 1467 females) aged 18-80 in Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province, China.
