Professor Huang Qinghua's team and his collaborators combined the global geomagnetic network observation data and the thermosphere-ionosphere coupled physical model to establish a method for alternately inverting the ionospheric field source structure and mantle conductivity distribution for the geomagnetic diurnal signal.
The research combined the observation data of the global geomagnetic network, high temperature and high pressure experiments, thermosphere-ionosphere coupled physical model, global mantle adiabatic temperature model, etc.
