members have the responsibility to maintain the image of the industry and reflect their due political and social responsibilities Article 3: the basic principles of this Convention are: law-abiding, good faith and security Article 4: this Convention is applicable to the members of China Vaccine Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as "members") Only those who agree with this Convention and voluntarily fulfill its obligations shall be eligible for membership of this association Article 5: the China Vaccine Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the "association") is an industry organization for self-discipline management of the vaccine industry The industry self discipline committee of the association is the working organization of industry self-discipline, which is responsible for the implementation and related work of the industry self discipline convention, and supervises and checks the compliance of member units with the Convention All members participate in the management of industry self-discipline through the general meeting Chapter II: Article 6 of the quality and safety discipline Code: Members shall abide by disciplines and laws, conform to the association's articles of association and industry norms, actively implement the national industry development plan and national industrial policies, consciously accept the supervision of the competent departments and industry associations, and jointly create a harmonious and sustainable industry development space Article 7: in the course of employment, members must exercise the most strict management to ensure product quality, safety and effective supply Under no circumstances shall the quality and safety of products and services be reduced or damaged Article 8: Members shall not assist any unit or individual to engage in activities harmful to the quality and safety of products and services of vaccines and their related biological products, and shall clearly object to and condemn the illegal behaviors damaging the quality and safety of products and services and the behaviors damaging the reputation of the industry Chapter 3: Article 9 of the industry self-discipline standard: we should resolutely implement the vaccine management law and adhere to the strategic and public welfare nature of vaccines Ensure the quality, safety and supply of vaccines, promote the of products Accelerate the transformation and upgrading of vaccine biological products industry to the world-class level, provide the society with rich, safe, effective and vaccine and other biological products for special epidemics and diseases, and constantly meet the people's needs and aspirations for healthy life Article 13: to ensure the accessibility of vaccine supply, production capacity design, production and supply plan shall meet and comply with the needs of national public health and disease prevention and control Article 14: report, trace or disclose the production, quality, supply and other information according to laws and regulations It is necessary to ensure that the information is timely, true, objective, complete and accurate with an honest attitude Article services made in China to enter the international market Sixteenth: Article 17: the supervision and management of the employees of the unit shall be strengthened, the education of professional ethics and the training of professional ability shall be strengthened, and the quality and level of professional ethics of the employees shall be continuously improved Article 18: we should abide by national laws and regulations, adhere to professional ethics, business ethics and social ethics, abide by the rules and disciplines, and consciously fulfill the commitments of self-discipline and integrity in the industry Perform social, economic and political responsibilities in terms of product quality, service quality, safety in production, environmental protection, protection of employees' rights and interests, maintenance of contracts and contracts, paying taxes according to law, regulating operation, safeguarding intellectual property rights and fair competition Article 19: we should consciously maintain the good image of the industry, supervise each other and self-discipline, and jointly restrain and correct the unhealthy tendencies of the industry Members who have serious vaccine quality and safety accidents, caused serious social events, damaged people's health and safety interests, and damaged the overall image of the vaccine industry shall be severely condemned until they are expelled from the industry Article 20: Members shall respect, unite and cooperate with each other, keep abreast of excellent practitioners and benchmarking enterprises, and shall not fabricate or spread false information, or slander the reputation of others Strengthen communication and cooperation, jointly study and discuss the construction of the industry, and make suggestions and suggestions on the development and management of the industry Article 21: member units shall consciously accept and cooperate with the government and relevant departments to carry out daily supervision, administrative law enforcement inspection and quality improvement activities Chapter four: Supervision, rewards and punishments Article 22: the association will give commendation to the members who perform the exemplary performance In case of violation of this Convention, such self-discipline measures as admonition, warning, correction within a time limit, internal notification, public notification, listing in the industry's bad credit record, and expulsion from membership will be taken depending on the circumstances Article 23: all members shall fulfill their obligations as members, actively participate in the self-discipline work of the association, and jointly safeguard the image of the association and the rights and interests of all members Article 24: the association encourages members to help and remind each other Members have the obligation and right to condemn those who violate the Convention and damage the reputation of the industry They also have the right to report to the association or relevant state departments Chapter V: Article 25 of the supplementary provisions: this Convention shall enter into force after being deliberated and adopted by the Council of the association and signed by the members It shall be reported to the higher authorities for the record and issued by the association to the society Article 26 after the entry into force of this Convention, units that have obtained membership of the association shall be deemed to have voluntarily acceded to this Convention as of the date of obtaining membership Article 27: this Convention
