specific requirements are as follows: First, the filing requirements (i) the proposal must be urgently needed for public health protection and risk management.
Specifically, including: the significance of public health protection, the main food safety issues solved, the background and reasons for the project, the scope of application and technical requirements, domestic and foreign industrial development, domestic and foreign regulatory standards, the possible impact on industrial development, recommended standard drafting units.
(ii) proposal should have a sufficient scientific basis to solve the food safety problems certified by the food safety risk assessment.
include: existing market supervision sampling, industry and enterprise survey data, related toxicology data, dietary exposure and other data information, existing food safety risk monitoring and evaluation basis.
(3) the proposal should comply with the provisions of food safety laws and regulations and the basis for social stability risk assessment.
including: in line with China's existing laws and regulations, may cause social risks, international impact and other circumstances.
