in the desentation split even-line period, the chromosomes curl up in a clump, allowing all chromosome telomeres to gather on the inside of the nucleofilm to form a specific telomere bouquet structure. The form of this chromosome is built, as a highly conservative dedupplation split event, which plays a very important role in the process of pairing and subsequent subtracting of chromosomes. In recent years, some important factors involved in telomere beam formation have been isolated in yeast and mammals, but these factors are not conservative among different species. At present, the molecular mechanism of chromosome morphology in plants is not clear.
The Cheng Zhuguang Research Group of the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences discovered a new factor ZYGOTENE 1 (ZYGO1) in rice by using photon cloning. In zygo1 mutants, even-line chromosomes cannot gather, thus spreading throughout the nucleation of the cell, and telomere bouquets cannot form. Thus, the appearance of even period can not be observed throughout the de-detracting period, thus manifesting it as a mutant without even period. The ZYGO1 mutation affects the polar positioning of OSSAD1 in the nuclear membrane and is built by ZYGO1-controlled chromosomal morphology, independent of a series of important events such as DSB formation and repair. Because the chromosome form of the even-line period cannot be built correctly, it has a great influence on the subsequent pairing, association and exchange of the same chromosome. ZYGO1 encodes a new F-box protein, which interoperates with the OSK1 protein through its F-box domain, indicating that ZYGO1, as a component of the SCF complex, regulates the form of the even-line chromosome. The relevant research has laid an important foundation for the further disclosure of the molecular mechanism of the chromosome morphology of the desection split even-line period.
