Delayed aging and healthy aging are closely related to people's quality of life, and redox imbalance is an important factor in aging
Using redox fluorescent probes encoded by endoplasmic reticulum-specific genes, the research team found that the endoplasmic reticulum was in a state of reducing stress during human cell aging, and further constructed an endoplasmic reticulum-specific reducing stress cell model.
Researcher Chen Chang and Wang Lei from the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences are the corresponding authors of this paper, and Qiao Xinhua, senior engineer of the project, is the first author of the paper; researcher Liu Guanghui and Zhang Weiqi have provided many supports in experimental materials, project development, and article revision and discussion.
