Yang Ting: Shandong Province chemical park identification work is still relatively systematic, although in the environmental protection inspector found some problems, but not hidden Yu, this identification system is still worth learning from. Regarding the normative development of chemical parks, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has issued the Guidance on Promoting the Standardized Development of Chemical Parks as early as 2016, which requires the chemical parks to scientifically plan and lay out, strengthen project management, strict safety management, strengthen green development, promote the deep integration of the two, improve supporting services, and strengthen organizational management. : The normative development of chemical park needs a series of standards to promote, the current progress of standard-setting?
: Chemical park is a scientific and systematic production system, its normative development can not be separated from a complete standard support system. This piece of work at present there are indeed shortcomings, chemical park system standards or blank. In order to promote the standardized development of chemical parks, the recommended standards "Guidelines for the Development and Construction of Chemical Parks", which are currently being developed by our Park Commission, are being worked out and a draft is planned for evaluation by the end of this year.
The Guides will be prepared from 17 aspects, such as planning layout, land planning, industrial planning, logistics and transportation, recycling, safety management, transportation and closure management of hazardd chemicals, fire emergency rescue, ecological environment protection, infrastructure support, public works support, public corridors, information technology and public services in smart parks. At the same time, we are also accelerating the "Smart Chemical Park Construction Guide" to improve the level of safety and environmental control of the park through wisdom to provide the necessary construction basis.
: The greening and intelligence of the park has always been a hot spot, at present, China's chemical park can take advantage of the momentum to achieve high-quality development?
Yang Ting: Just like the uneven development of chemical parks, China's chemical parks green, intelligent development level gap is relatively large, the level of understanding of green, intelligent parks are not the same. Chemical industry is capital, technology-intensive industry, automation level is very high, is the "integration of the two" the highest level of industrial industry, chemical park is the most suitable for the development of circular economy of the industrial platform, so the chemical park green, intelligent is the trend, but also the only way for the high-quality development of chemical park.
