The research and development leader and academic leader of the laboratory are responsible for the preliminary review of the applied project, and the projects that have passed the preliminary review are submitted to the academic committee of the key laboratory for review

The key laboratory will issue approval to determine the funded projects in October 2021

The grantee signs a research contract with the key laboratory within the specified time, and submits it to the laboratory after being reviewed by the unit

Failure to report within the time limit shall be deemed to be automatically abandoned

Compile a budget according to the actual needs of the research work, and the funding for each project does not exceed RMB 50,000

The study period is one year (October 2021-2022 September)

The project leader or researcher should choose to come to the laboratory to carry out cooperative research work according to the plan or choose a fixed laboratory by himself, but report the experimental progress to the key laboratory of environmentally friendly coatings enterprises in Guangdong province every month

The person in charge of the project is generally not allowed to be replaced.
In case of special circumstances, the unit should arrange for a suitable person to leave the research post for more than half a year, and report to the laboratory for filing; for those who have been away for more than half a year, the suspension plan will be implemented

When the project is completed, it is necessary to fill in the "Open Fund Project Concluding Report", state representative research results, and provide a list of related research results, including published papers (including accepted papers), invention patents and utility models approved or applied for Patent and software copyright, appraisal and award-winning results, and provide a copy of the paper, a copy of the patent grant (or acceptance), a brief introduction of the achievement, a copy of the appraisal or award certificate

The funding of the Open Fund is managed uniformly by the laboratory, and the funds are dedicated for each project

The project funds are arranged and used as planned

The total project funds should be used up before the project is completed and accepted; the unused ones will be recovered
